Privacy
This page is short because there is very little to say. That is the design, not an omission.
This website
- No cookies. Not for sessions, not for analytics, not for anything. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics. No third-party scripts of any kind. The Content-Security-Policy on every page forbids loading anything from another origin, so this is enforced rather than promised.
- No database. The site stores nothing. When you check a licence key, the key is passed to Polar, the answer is rendered, and nothing is kept.
- Server logs record the usual request line, status and timing for a short period. Licence checks are logged with a masked fragment of the key — never the whole thing.
The software
Diagrams, prompts, and your Anthropic API key never touch our servers. There are no
servers involved: the app talks directly from your machine to Anthropic, using your key,
billed to your account. Your .svg files are ordinary files on your disk.
Your API key is stored in your operating system's keychain.
Your purchase
Polar is the merchant of record. They collect and hold what a purchase requires — your email address, billing country, and payment details — and they issue the invoice and handle tax. Cloud Contraptions LLC sees an order id, a product, an amount, and a customer identifier. We do not receive your card details.
Polar's own privacy policy governs that data, and it is the one to read if you want the detail.
If you email support, we have your email and whatever you put in the message, for as long as the thread is useful.
Your rights
Ask us to tell you what we hold, or to delete it, at eric@cloudcontraptions.com. For anything held by Polar, ask them — they are the controller for purchase data.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the change will appear in the changelog.
